Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Programme — No Physical Shipment

HoverMethod is a fully digital, online education programme. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no physical goods, books, kits, or devices included with any programme or add-on purchase.

As such, no shipping, courier, or postal charges apply to any HoverMethod purchase.

2. What You Receive and How

  • HoverMethod Junior (Online Programme): Delivered live via video conferencing. Access details and batch schedule are sent to your registered WhatsApp number before the batch start date.
  • Certificate of Participation / Completion: Issued digitally (PDF) after the programme concludes. Delivered via WhatsApp and/or email.
  • GST Invoice: Generated digitally and available in your account profile or delivered via WhatsApp/email.

3. Practical Camp (Optional Add-On)

The Practical Camp is a physical, in-person session conducted at a designated location in your city. This is not a shipped product — it is an in-person experience.

  • Venue details and timing will be communicated via WhatsApp after enrolment.
  • Travel to and from the venue is the student's responsibility. No transportation is arranged or provided.

4. CoE Experience (Optional Add-On)

The CoE Experience is conducted at the Senrysa Center of Excellence at IIT Research Park, New Town, Kolkata – 700160. This is also an in-person session, not a shipped product.

  • Pre-appointment is mandatory. Booking confirmation and venue details are communicated via WhatsApp.
  • Travel to and from the CoE facility is the student's responsibility.
