These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HoverMethod website and your enrolment in any HoverMethod programme. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Senrysa Technologies Limited.

By visiting our website, submitting the enrolment form, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

HoverMethod offers the following programmes:

• HoverMethod Junior (Online Programme): A 7-day live, instructor-led online drone technology course for students in Class 6–12. Delivered via video conferencing. Includes interactive Q&A and a certificate of participation.
• Practical Camp (Optional Add-On): A 3-hour hands-on session with actual drone hardware at a physical location. Subject to availability at your city.
• CoE Experience (Optional Add-On): A 4-hour premium session at the Senrysa Center of Excellence at IIT Research Park, Kolkata (managed by Senrysa Technologies Limited). Subject to availability and prior appointment.

Add-ons are optional and not included in the base programme fee. They are purchased separately.

HoverMethod programmes are designed for students in Class 6–12 (approximately ages 11–18). Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, individuals under 18 are classified as children.

By submitting the enrolment form and completing payment, the person submitting the form represents and warrants that they are either:

• The parent or legal guardian of the student, enrolling on the student's behalf and consenting to the student's participation and the processing of the student's personal data, or
• 18 years of age or older and enrolling on their own behalf.

If the enrolment is found to have been submitted without valid parental or guardian consent for a minor student, we reserve the right to cancel the enrolment.

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• GST at 18% is applicable on all purchases and will be clearly shown before payment.
• The total amount payable (inclusive of GST) is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm payment.
• A GST invoice will be generated and made available after successful payment.

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets.
• Your payment details (card numbers, UPI credentials) are never stored on our servers. They are handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
• Your enrolment is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured and verified.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once enrolment is confirmed and payment is processed.

This applies to the base online programme and all optional add-ons.

Exception — Batch cancellation by HoverMethod: If we cancel a scheduled batch and you are unable to attend an alternative batch, we will issue a full refund (including GST) within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• The online programme consists of 7 live sessions, each approximately 2 hours long, conducted on the dates published for the selected batch.
• Access details (video conferencing link, schedule) will be shared via WhatsApp before the batch start date.
• We make reasonable efforts to deliver the programme as scheduled. In case of unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, instructor unavailability), affected sessions will be rescheduled.
• Certificates of participation and completion are issued digitally after the programme concludes.

• The CoE Experience takes place at IIT Kharagpur Research Park, Plot IIIB-12, New Town, Kolkata – 700160, and is managed by Senrysa Technologies Limited.
• Pre-appointment is mandatory. Booking is subject to availability.
• Travel to and from the CoE is the student's own responsibility. We do not arrange or bear transportation costs.
• Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless they are 18 or older.

All course content — including but not limited to videos, slides, curriculum, and teaching materials — is the intellectual property of Senrysa Technologies Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without our explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for any damage to devices caused by downloading course materials or participating in live sessions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
